more to the story
Ever since FDR's Arsenal of Democracy fireside chat, the United States military relied on private industries to support their mission. Starting in WW1, Ford supplied the armed forces with aircraft, ship, and vehicles designed to Go Over Any Terrain (GOATs). This is how the original Bronco was born, a vehicle designed to be tough enough for any terrain, but with added comfort to make it fit for civilian use. And Ford's support of the armed forces community does not stop there. For nearly a century, Ford has been proud to employee veterans, and aid them in their post-deployment journey. The Proud to Honor Bronco Off-Roadeo is one way to give back to this community, and to tell the story of Ford's unwavering commitment to the military community.
